Situation

Our initial assignment was to take over the ongoing maintenance of an existing eLearning application that was created for Compuware.

Solution

As we delved deeper into the assignment, we realized that the original code was unstructured and unstable. We helped our

new client achieve a successful release on schedule, and then proposed a complete overhaul.

We showed Compuware how they could deliver a more robust eLearning experience to their clients, while reducing maintenance costs and establishing a reliable platform for future releases.

Result

The new eLearning application - distributed to hundreds of thousands of desktops in blue chip companies worldwide -- offers improvements in the interface, navigation, simulations, quizzes, and overall eLearning content.

Development cycles were shortened by a factor of three, costs were reduced, and internal Compuware staff took over most content updates, resulting in substantial ongoing cost savings.
