Situation
An International financial services provider needed to increase referral leads from one arm of the group to a different business group to meet clients more complex needs. They wanted to increase staff learning regarding general insurance needs identification and increase client awareness regarding their brand and their general insurance products.

Solution
ClickNow created an intuitive web-based application for advisors to use with clients on the company's existing sales platform. The easy-to-navigate tool helped advisors trigger client needs earlier on in the sales process. At the end of the session, the client is presented with a company branded document generated by the tool which identifies potential needs and provides general advice.
Result
ClickNow created a new customized tool to increase staff awareness and generate new leads and reinforced the companies brand and new product extension service.
